Oksana specializes in litigation and out-of-court dispute resolution in civil and enforcement proceedings. She also has extensive experience in contract law, including drafting, negotiating, and resolving contract disputes. Additionally, Oksana has significant expertise in family law.
Beyond these areas, Oksana has advised and represented business clients in obtaining credit provider and credit intermediary licenses from the Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon).
Since 2024, Oksana has also been practicing as a bankruptcy trustee.
